This scholarship being made available to any graduating high school senior who is planning to enroll in post-secondary education at any University or Technical Institute in South Dakota. Up to four scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis. The scholarship will be paid to the financial office at the appropriate school at the beginning of the second semester. All students living in the Huron area are eligible
